Calista Williams
Calista is the operations manager, so you can find her in just about all of the day-to-day work processes. She’s also the primary liaison for our amazing therapists.
She recently rediscovered crochet, and that’s basically her whole personality now outside of work.

Kyle Williams
Kyle works behind the scenes to ensure that billing is running smoothly and that all our therapists have the analytical data they need for success.
Outside of work, he enjoys drawing and watching and reading about movies.

Customer Support SpecialistLauren Bernal
Lauren works closely with clients by listening carefully to their needs and assisting in the best way possible to resolve concerns, schedule appointments, and assist in billing. She speaks Spanish as a second language, enabling her to work with Spanish speaking clients.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys going to plays, singing along to show tunes with her two little girls, baking, staying active, and spending time with her family.

Vanessa supports daily office operations by answering calls, scheduling clients, and assisting with billing, always providing helpful and courteous service.
Outside of work, she enjoys, restoring furniture, hiking, roadtrips, travel and learning new skills, like crocheting and attempting sourdough.
Customer Support SpecialistKathy Tidwell
Kathy helps out with client and insurance billing, reaching out and following up with insurance companies when necessary. She also works with the team on communication and scheduling with clients and therapists.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and church friends, as well as reading and playing cards and board games. Her family loves watching football - GO GA BULLDOGS!! ❤️🖤 She has recently started making graphic shirts and sweatshirts for family, and hopes to expand on this more in the future.
